Jacques, Alfred

He was the son of Mrs S Jacques Brisbane St Launceston, a moulder who departed Melbourne 10^th November 1915 on board “HMAT Ascanius” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was with the 52^nd Battalion when he was killed in action 3^rd September 1916 and is commemorated in the Courcelette British Cemetery, France.
