Jago, Gordon Henry

Born 20^th April 1897 Deloraine Tasmania to Frederick George and Evelyn Mary Jago (nee Ayton) and was a labourer when he enlisted

He embarked Hobart on the 1^st. July 1916 on the “HMAT Berrima” and was serving with the 40^th Battalion in France when he was wounded at Passchendale. He was to die from these wounds on the 7^th June 1917.
