Johnson John Frederick

Born 13^th March 1877 Hobart Tasmania the son of John Mivear and Ann Jane Marshall and married to Blanche Caroline Stafford a bricklayer who was a member of the permanent artillery he embarked Melbourne 22^nd December 1914 on board “HMAT Ulysses” with the 14^th Infantry Battalion.

Corporal Johnson was killed in action 29^th May 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated in the Shrapnel Valley Cemetery, Gallipoli Peninsula Gallipoli.
