Keenan, William Joseph

Born 1894 Launceston Tasmania the son of George and Sarah Keenan (nee Atkinson) a clerk he embarked Sydney 18^th October 1914 on board “HMAT Afric” with the 1^st Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 2^nd May 2925 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated on the Lone Pine Memorial Gallipoli Turkey
