Kelly Walter Edward Joseph

Born 1878 Deloraine the son of Thomas Patrick and Maria Kelly (nee Berne) a widower and a 39 year old engine driver. He served with the 40^th Battalion and returned to Australia 25^th August 1917 after receiving a gunshot wound to the right thigh.

He died 23^rd November 1919 and was buried in the Ulverstone General Cemetery.
