Kimberley, Charles Alfred

 

Amy Louisa Kimberley d 12 Sept 1908 also Charles Alfred Kimberley Killed in Action 12 Jan 1918

 

Born 12th September 1893 Ulverstone Tasmania to Eustace Albert and Caroline Kimberley (nee Flannery) a carter he embarked Melbourne 22nd December 1916 on board “HMAT Persic” with the 12th Infantry Battalion.

 A Court of Enquiry held 25th April 1919 found he was killed in action 8th January 1918 in France and is commemorated in the Ration Farm (La Plus Douve) Annexe, Belgium.
