DEVONPORT BOY'S DEATH.

Yesterday Mrs M Leo of Devonport received the sorrowful intelligence from the Defence Department that her second son Private James F Leo of the 26th Battalion had died of wounds in France. This makes the second son Mrs. Leo has lost in fighting the battles of the Empire as her eldest boy. Private John Leo was killed at Gallipoli. This patriotic mother is now bereft of all her grown up sons as those remaining are of tender age. The sincerest sympathy is extended to her in her time of sorrow.
