Mansell, Thomas Edward
Born Cape Barren Island the son of Thomas Edward and Jane Mansell a farm labourer he embarked Melbourne 29th March 1916 on board RMS Orontes with the 12th Infantry Battalion. He was serving with the 52nd Battalion when he died 5th December 1916 at the No 2 General Hospital Havre from broncho pneumonia and cardiac failure and was buried in the Ste Marie Cemetery, Le Havre, Seine Maritime, France.
