Martin, George Watson

Born 14^th November 1896 Deloraine Tasmania to Joseph John and Emma Frances Martin (nee Watson) a labourer who embarked Melbourne 24^th November 1915 on board “HMAT Orontes” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 3^rd August 1916 and is commemorated in the Gordon Dump Cemetery, Ovillers-La Boiselle, France.
