McGinness Frank Wynne

 

 

Born 1st May 1892 Port Cygnet Tasmania the son of John Louis and Edith Rose McGinness (nee Howell) a farmer he enlisted Western Australia and embarked Fremantle 13th October 1915 on board “HMAT Themistocles” with the 28th Infantry Battalion.

 

He was killed in action 3rd November 1916 in France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, Villers-Bretonneux, Villers-Bretonneux Area, France.
