Metcher Claude Tasman

Born 16^th October 1892 Launceston Tasmania to Frederick James and Agnes Metcher (nee Goodfellow) he was a Business Agent living in Sydney when he enlisted.

He embarked from Sydney on the HMAT Benalla with the 3^rd. Pioneer Battalion.

He died of illness at the 47^th Casualty Clearing Station France.
