Miller Montie Vaughan

 

Born 11th June 1896 Waratah Tasmania to Charles James and Elizabeth Miller (nee Vaughan) he embarked Melbourne 21st November 1917 on board “HMAT Nestor” with the 4th Machine Gun Company.

He was serving with the 12th Battalion when he was killed in action 23rd August 1918 and as he has no known grave is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
