A Wool Classer of 6 Brina Street Launceston who embarked Fremantle 19th April 1915 on board “HMAT Argyllshire) with the 12th Battalion Was with the 52nd Battalion when he was killed in action at Moquet Farm 4th September 1916 and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France
