Millhouse, Horace Clyde
He was born Hobart Tasmania to Richard and Margaret Susan Millhouse (nee Cuthbertson) a labourer who departed Melbourne 22nd December 1914 on board “HMAT Ceramic” with the 15th Infantry Battalion. He was killed in action 9th August 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated on the Lone Pine Memorial, Gallipoli, Turkey. His brother Claude Edward Millhouse (No 150) was killed in action 6th April 1917 at Bullecourt France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
