Millington, Joseph Henry

 

 

Born 1894 Sorell Tasmania the son of Joseph William and Sarah Jane Millington (nee Fox) a labourer he embarked Hobart 1st July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40th Infantry Battalion.

 

He was killed in action 30th January 1917 at Armentieres in France and is commemorated in the Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentieres, Lille, France.
