Moran, Charles Francis
Born 2nd June 1897 Frankford Tasmania to James and Ellen Moran (nee Cuff) a farmer who departed Hobart 1st July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40th Infantry Battalion. He was killed in action 24th July 1916 at Messines and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France. His brother Lance Corporal Davitt James Moran was also killed in action 12th October 1917
