Morris, James Walter

Born 27^th August 1892 Emu Bay Tasmania to Robert and Fanny Morris (nee Hind) a packer who departed Melbourne 16^th October 1915 on board “HMAT Port Lincoln” with the 15^th Infantry Battalion.

Sergeant Morris was serving with the 47^th Battalion when he was killed in action 28^th March 1918 and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France
