Page, Lyndon Forrest

 

Born 30th March 1897 Hobart Tasmania to Harry Augustus and Henrietta Mary Page (nee Forrest) and listed as a military student at the time of his enlistment.

He departed Brisbane on HMAT Aeneas 29th June 1915 with the rank of Corporal and rose to Acting Sergeant Major with the 26th Battalion.  He was killed by a shell during an attack on a trench at Flers 13th November 1916.

PAGE.—Killed in action in France on November 13, 1916, Lyndon Forrest Page, Acting Sergeant-Major, Australian Imperial Force, only child of H. A. and H. C. Page, Woodlands, Melton Mowbray, aged 19 years.
