Paton, Herman Eric

Born 8^th September 1889 Latrobe Tasmania the son of William Urquhart and Helen Isabella Paton (nee Pease) a clerk he embarked Melbourne 30^th September 1916 on board “HMAT Palermo” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He died 29^th May 1918 at the 1^st Australian Field Ambulance Strazeele France from wounds received in the field and was buried in the Borre British Cemetery, Hazebrouck, Nord, France
