Peacock, Jack Ernest

Born 30^th September 1895 Hobart Tasmania the son of Ernest Alfred and Edith Peacock (nee Golding) a clerk he embarked Melbourne 17^th June 1915 on board “HMAT Wandilla” with the 1^st Australian General Hospital.

He was serving with the 112 Howitzer Battery when he was killed in action 23^rd June 1918 in France and is commemorated in the Borre British Cemetery, Hazebrouck, Nord, France
