Peacock, Jack Ernest
Born 30th September 1895 Hobart Tasmania the son of Ernest Alfred and Edith Peacock (nee Golding) a clerk he embarked Melbourne 17th June 1915 on board “HMAT Wandilla” with the 1st Australian General Hospital. He was serving with the 112 Howitzer Battery when he was killed in action 23rd June 1918 in France and is commemorated in the Borre British Cemetery, Hazebrouck, Nord, France
