Pedder, Frank Ernest

Born 17^th July 1892 Bellerive Tasmania the son of Walter Edward and Elizabeth Staines Pedder (nee Taylor) a deck hand he embarked Hobart Tasmania 1^st July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 7^th June 1917 at Messines (previously reported missing) and is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, West-Vlaanderen, Flanders, Belgium
