PENNYCUICK, ALAN MAYNARD
Mr. John Pennycuick, of Broadmarsh, formerly of Bothwell, has been notified that his son, Private Allan Maynard Pennycuick, has been killed in action in France, and that his son, Private James Pennycuick, has been wounded. Both young men enlisted from Bothwell. The Mercury 19th May 1917
