Poultney Zephaniah
Born 1st April 1882 Hobart Tasmania to John and Ann Elizabeth Poultney (nee Johnson) a bootmaker who embarked Hobart 20th October1914 on board “HMAT Geelong with the 12th Infantry Battalion He died from shell wounds to the abdomen and left arm 9th January 1917 enroute to the 36th Casualty Clearing Station and was buried in the Heilly Station Cemetery, Mericourt-L'Abbe, France.
