Rapley, Lewis Murray

Born 23^rd October 1883 Campbell Town Tasmania the fourth son of George and Elizabeth Rapley (nee Dent) married to Adelaide Freeman with one child a linesman he embarked Hobart 1^st July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 12^th February 1917 in France and is commemorated in the Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentieres, Lille, France
