Reilly, John Thomas
Born 24th August 1898 Wynyard Tasmania to John Michael and Mary Reilly (nee Toomey) a farmer who embarked Melbourne 28th February 1918 on board “HMAT Nestor” with the 12th Infantry Battalion. He was admitted to the 2nd Australian Field Ambulance with a shell wound to the back which penetrated the abdomen and died 24th August 1918. He was buried in the Daours Communal Cemetery Extension, France.
