Revell, John Percy

Born 23^rd February 1894 Ulverstone Tasmania the son of William George and Mary Jane Revell (nee Robinson) a 20 year old labourer he embarked Hobart 1^st July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 49^th Battalion when he was killed in action 26^th September 1917 and is commemorated on the The Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial (Panel 29), Belgium
