Richardson, Mark William

Born 29^th May 1899 Hobart Tasmania the son of James Edward and Ellen Richardson (nee Kerr) a farm assistant he embarked Melbourne 28^th February 1918 on board “HMAT Nestor” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion. His father stated that he had to endure two painful operations before he was accepted into the military.

He was killed in action 23^rd August 1918 in France and is commemorated in the Heath Cemetery, Harbonnieres, Amiens Harbonnieres Area, France
