Ross, Wallace Douglas Guthrie

Born Victoria but married and living in Tasmania when he enlisted, a surveyor who departed Brisbane 29^th June 1915 on board “HMAT Aeneas” with the 26^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 29^th July 1916 Sausage Gully, (near Pozieres) and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
