Rushton, Clement Wilfred

Born 1896 Ringarooma Tasmania the son of John and Lydia Sarah Rushton (nee Williams) a labourer he embarked Melbourne 18^th February 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was serving with the 52^nd Battalion when he was killed in action 3^rd September 1916 at Pozieres France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, Villers-Bretonneux, Villers-Bretonneux Area, France
