Salisbury, Cecil Norman

Born 1895 Hobart Tasmania the son of John and Amy Florence Salisbury (nee Livingston) a teacher he embarked Melbourne 10^th September 1915 on board SS Makarini with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He was appointed Lance Corporal 1^st February 1916.

He was serving with the 52^nd Battalion when he was killed in action 10^th July 1916 at Armentieres France and is commemorated in the Rue-Petillon Military Cemetery, Fleurbaix, Bethune, Nord Pas de Calais, France. He is also commemorated on his parents grave at Cornelian Bay Cemetery, Hobart Tasmania.
