Scully, William James

 

 

 

Born Waratah Tasmania the son of Etty Scully, a grocer he embarked Melbourne 21st October 1916 on board “HMAT Port Melbourne” with the 40th Infantry Battalion.

 

He died 20th September 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Flanders, Belgium
