Seabourne Cecil Lyall Valentine

Born 4th November 1892 Port Arthur Tasmania the son of George and Annie Seabourne (nee Lawless) of Carnavon Tasmania he had gone to New Zealand with his brother tree felling. When war broke out they both enlisted in the New Zealand Expeditionary Force.
Cecil was allotted to the 2nd Battalion Otago Regiment and died 25th July 1918 from wounds received in the field and is commemorated in the Foncquevillers Military Cemetery, Foncquevillers, Arras, Nord Pas de Calais, France
