Seidel, Bernard Field
Born Fitzroy Victoria the son of Johannas Herman and Sarah Seidel married a clerk he embarked Melbourne 9th November 1917 on board “HMAT Port Sydney” with the Field Artillery Brigade reinforcements.
He was serving with the 14th Field Artillery Brigade when he died 26th November 1918 at the 58th Casualty Clearing Station France from broncho pneumonia and was buried in the Tincourt New British Cemetery, Tincourt, Hindenburg Outpost Line Area, France SEIDEL -Died in France of broncho-pneumonia on November 20, Gunner Bernard Seidel, aged 25, beloved husband of Vera Seidel, Newlands, Augusta-road.
