Sharp, Frederick Harold

Born Surrey England the son of Arthur George Sharp of 20 Bellamy Street, Balham England but living and working in the Whitemore district as a farmer when he enlisted he embarked Hobart Tasmania on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion.

Lance Corporal Sharp was killed in action 13^th October 1917 and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.
