Smith, Everard Linel

 

 

Born Mangana Tasmania the son of Albert and Margaret Smith an 18 year old farm labourer he embarked Melbourne 10th August 1915 on board RMS Persia with the 6th Field Artillery Brigade.

 

He was killed in action 9th September 1917 in Belgium and is commemorated in The Huts Cemetery (Plot V, Row A, Grave No. 10), Dickebusch, Belgium.
