Stanley, Arthur Clarence

Born 6^th December 1890 Fingal Tasmania to Charles Hy Chin and Margaret Stanley (nee Poole) a surveyor who departed Melbourne 22^nd December 1914 on board “HMAT Ceramic” with the 15^th Infantry Battalion.

He served in Gallipoli and Egypt before being killed in action 28^th August 1916 in France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
