Stevenson, Sydney Bazell

 

Born 1891 Port Cygnet Tasmania the son of Hugh and Elizabeth Louisa Stevenson (nee Henshaw) a labourer  and married to Lavinia Waller he embarked Adelaide 10th February 1917 on board “HMAT Seang Bee” with the 12th Infantry Battalion.

 

He was killed in action 24th April 1918 at Meteren in France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial Villers-Bretonneux France.
