Stewart John Ronald

 

Born Launceston Tasmania son the John Stewart of 26 Tamar St Launceston a pottery hand who died 25th December 1915 of cerebro spinal meningitis at the Alfred Hospital Melbourne and was buried two days later at the Springvale Necropolis, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Announcement is made of the death in Melbourne of meningitis of Gunner J R Stewart eldest son of Mr and Mrs J Stewart late of Lawrence Street Launceston.  The deceased soldier will be remembered as a member of the North Esk Rowing Club and prior to removal to Victoria was employed at McHugh Bros Pottery
