Summers, Thomas Gordon
Born 26th April 1895 Emu Bay Tasmania to John and Isabella Summers (nee Poulson) a letter carrier who departed Melbourne 29th March 1916 on board RMS Orontes with the 52nd Battalion. He was listed as Missing in Action at Moquet Farm 4th September 1916 which was later changed to Killed in Action. He is commemorated in the Serre Road Cemetery No 1, France.
