Theaker, Norman

Born Barnsley Yorkshire England the son of Alfred and Margaret Annie Theaker a grocer he enlisted Claremont Tasmania and embarked Brisbane 25^th May 1915 on board “HMAT Ascanius” with the 7^th Field Ambulance.

Sgt Theaker was serving with the 13th Field Ambulance Australian Army Medical Corps when he died 26^th October 1918 at the 41st Stationary Hospital, France from bronchial pneumonia and was buried in Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery, Villers-Bretonneux, Villers-Bretonneux Area, France.
