Towers, Adam

 

He was born Melbourne the son of Andrew Towers but living in Launceston Tasmania when he enlisted, a labourer who departed Hobart Tasmania 20th October 1914 on board “HMAT Geelong with the 12th Infantry Battalion.

 He was killed in action 6th April 1917 at Lagnicourt France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
