Trezise, Joseph Alfred

Born 1894 Beaconsfield Tasmania to Joseph Henry and Elizabeth Trezise, a labourer he embarked Melbourne 29^th March 1916 on board RMS Orontes with the 12^th Infantry Battalion

He was reported Missing in Action after the battle of Moquet Farm where he was seen being hit in the back with shrapnel. A court of enquiry found he had been killed in action 4^th September 1916. He is commemorated in the Pozieres British Cemetery Ovillers-La Boisselle, France.
