Troman Clifford William
Born 25th December 1897 Hobart Tasmania to Ezekiel and Harriet Clarinda Troman (nee Woolley) he embarked Melbourne 24th November 1915 on board “HMAT Orontes” with the 12th Infantry Battalion. (Enlisted under the name Trueman) He was killed by machine gun fire on the 15th April 1917 at Lagnicourt and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
