Tubb, Cuthbert George

 

 

Born 10th July 1892 Blackwood Creek, Longford Tasmania to David George and Alice Grace Victoria Tubb (nee Francombe) he was a farm labourer when he enlisted.

 

He embarked Hobart 1st. July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40th Infantry Battalion

 He was killed in action at Armentieres France and is commemorated in the Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentieres, France
