Tubb, Cuthbert George

Born 10^th July 1892 Blackwood Creek, Longford Tasmania to David George and Alice Grace Victoria Tubb (nee Francombe) he was a farm labourer when he enlisted.

He embarked Hobart 1^st. July 1916 on board “HMAT Berrima” with the 40^th Infantry Battalion

He was killed in action at Armentieres France and is commemorated in the Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentieres, France
