Tucker, William Frederick

 

 

Born Table Cape Tasmania the son of James David and Emma Tucker (nee Upston) a farm labourer he embarked Hobart 8th August 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 12th Infantry Battalion.

 

He was killed in action 5th April 1917 at Bullecourt France and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, Villers-Bretonneux, Picardie, FrancePrivate William Frederick Tucker
