Turner, Leonard Henry

Born Hobart Tasmania the son of Enoch Henry and Leah Turner of St. Mary’s ee embarked Melbourne 2^nd February 1915 on board “HMAT Clan McGillivray” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion

He was serving with the 46^th Battalion and held the rank of Lance Sergeant when he killed in action 11^th April 1917 and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, Villers-Bretonneux, Picardie, France
