Twining, Thomas Alex

Born 1896 Deloraine Tasmania the son of James Thomas and Maria Twining (nee Wilson) he embarked Hobart 8^th August 1916 on board “HMAT Ballarat” with the 12^th Infantry Battalion.

He died 23^rd September 1917 at the 10^th Casualty Clearing Station Belgium from gunshot wounds to the thigh chest and back and was buried in Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Belgium
