Wallace, Hugh

Born 22^nd March 1889 Esperance Tasmania to Hugh and Ann Wallace (nee Denning) and married to Olga Estelle Innes, a labourer who departed Brisbane 29^th June 1915 on board “HMAT Aeneas” with the 26^th Infantry Battalion.

He was killed in action 7^th October 1917 at Passchendaele Ridge and is commemorated in the Tyne Cot Cemetery, Belgium.
