He died 7th August 1915 at Malta hospital
from pneumonia and was buried in the Pieta Military
Cemetery, Tal-Pieta, Malta (island), Malta
PIETA MILITARY CEMETERY, MALTA. GRAVE OF 323 COMPANY SERGEANT MAJOR T. PATTON OF THE 7TH BATTALION AIF, WHO DIED ON 1915-08-09, AGED 28 YEARS, AND ALSO OF 2076 PRIVATE C.F.
