Williams, George Charles

Born Green’s Creek Tasmania and married to Margaret Richards, a farmer from Wilmot Tasmania he embarked Hobart 20^th October 1914 on board “HMAT Geelong” with the 3^rd Light Horse.

He was killed in action 26^th May 1915 on the Gallipoli Peninsula and is commemorated in the Shrapnel Valley Cemetery, Gallipoli, Turkey.
